Building on the success of the first Springer Nature SciGraph Hack Day, we hosted the second Springer Nature Hack Day at the Springer Nature Campus in London on 29 November 2017. Over 40 external and internal participants across Europe gathered to develop tools and solutions to challenges around research data. The second Springer Nature Hack Day focused on “Advancing discovery with published research data” with the three main themes data linking, data visualization and data curation.

Also the second Springer Nature Hack Day was a great success: As you can see in this video, the participating researchers, developers and publishing professionals created a very productive atmosphere which led to insightful results at the end of our second Hack Day.
